This is a 90-day journey to discover what becomes possible when your body finally keeps up with everything you're capable of.
This isn't a promise, it's a direction. Here's how most people who've fully committed to the journey describe their experience:
You've actually already felt this genuinely good state of being in your life, even if just for moments. Those mornings when your mind was alert after a good night's sleep and completely clear. Days when you felt a steady, even level of energy all day long, instead of crashing physically or mentally by evening. All those moments when your body's condition didn't stop you from being the person you actually are...
That wasn't luck, and it wasn't just a good mood. It was a taste test. A glimpse of what your everyday baseline could feel like, once your body finally works with you instead of quietly working against you.
Every extraordinary life is carried by one thing: the body we live that life in. Over 90 days, you'll come to understand the psychology behind your food choices, reconnect with your body's own signals, and discover how biology shapes the way you think, feel and act.
This isn't a diet. It's a deeper understanding of your own food and lifestyle choices, and the change that comes through that understanding.
WILDFIT was created in 2013 by Eric Edmeades, an entrepreneur who spent years battling chronic inflammation, excess weight and constant fatigue, until he decided to experiment with changing his own diet. With his first group of eight people, he saw how this approach transformed their health completely. That's how WILDFIT began.
WILDFIT isn't a strict, rule-based diet. It's an education- and coaching-based program focused on food freedom, one that helps you understand why you eat the way you eat instead of just telling you what to eat. To date, the program has gathered over 300 documented transformation stories worldwide.
Harri is a certified Master WILDFIT Coach, one of a limited number of people licensed to guide this program. You get the same system hundreds of people worldwide have already been through, taught personally by Harri, alongside our Estonian-speaking community.
Every package includes the full WILDFIT curriculum. The difference is how much personal support and community access you want alongside it.
Deciding to commit is for your own benefit — if you truly focus on yourself and your health for these three months, you'll gain the most from the program.
If you fully commit (by honoring all the commitment agreements above) and still feel at the end that this experience brought you no value, I will gladly refund your payment.
The program doesn't assume a perfect week. The commitment agreement asks for a live call in at least 10 of 14 weeks — leaving room for travel, sick kids, and whatever else life throws at you. Every call is recorded, so a week you miss isn't a week you lose. And if your life is already this full, that's actually the right time to work on this — WILDFIT is designed to hold up under real pressure, not just on easy weeks.
WILDFIT isn't built on willpower. It's a step-by-step 90-day process where each week builds on the last, with coaching and community alongside you the whole way. You're not meant to figure this out alone.
A diet gives you rules to follow until your willpower runs out. WILDFIT doesn't hand you rules — it teaches you why you eat the way you eat, and reconnects you with your body's own signals. This isn't something you do for 90 days and stop. It's an operating system that stays with you after the program ends.
No — and that's deliberate. A pre-built meal plan works only as long as you follow it, without teaching you to decide anything for yourself. WILDFIT gives you the principles and tools to make your own choices. The Deluxe and Executive packages also include a virtual cookbook with 20+ recipes, if you want a practical starting point.
WILDFIT doesn't call for expensive superfoods or supplements — it focuses on real, whole food, which is often cheaper than takeout, eating out, and the constant snacking your cravings push you toward. Most people find their food spending actually drops, because the impulsive buying and eating disappears.
Think of it not as a cost, but as an investment that carries you through the rest of your life — not another short-lived attempt at a diet, supplement or program that most of us have already tried repeatedly and that eventually failed. Just ask me about the price of the Superior package. And if you fully commit, honoring everything in the agreement above, but still feel at the end that it brought you no value, I'll refund your payment — so the risk is mine, not yours.
The goal isn't rules that isolate you — it's a calm relationship with food where food no longer controls you. That means eating out becomes your choice, not an impulse followed by guilt. Coaching covers real-life situations too, including parties and travel, not just ideal weeks at home.
That's true if "healthy eating" means the same five diet foods every day. The evolutionary nutrition WILDFIT is built on draws from a wide range of real food instead. The Deluxe and Executive cookbook gives you 20+ recipes designed to taste good, not just be "allowed."
You don't need to be a cook. The virtual cookbook included with Deluxe and Executive has simple recipes, and the weekly calls give you practical support, not just theory. Most of the people I've coached started from exactly the same place.
As a coach, I am a safe and grounded choice for your journey because I don't just speak theory — I've lived it myself.
As a child, I experienced severe bullying at school, which led to years of depression. Everything began to change in 2020, when I decided to experiment with changing my relationship with food through the WILDFIT program, created by Eric Edmeades. I was skeptical at first, but with nothing left to lose, I chose to give it a chance. My mindset shifted within the first few weeks. In three months I lost 9 kilograms and my body fat dropped by 5%, but the biggest change didn't happen in the mirror. It happened in my head: for the first time, I learned to listen to my body, enjoy cooking, and build a relationship with food no longer based on guilt or emotional eating.
Today, I am healthier and happier than ever — and through my own experience, I feel a strong calling to support others on the same journey. I bring together a unique combination of engineering and health-focused lifestyle coaching: in my professional life, I'm a chartered mechanical engineer and CEO of an engineering firm. That same logic — understand the system, and everything else follows — is what I bring to your body and your habits.
As a Master WILDFIT Coach, I've already guided over 500 people on the journey of making their lifestyle more supportive of their health. Not by telling them what to eat. By helping them discover what their bodies have been capable of all along.
"The WILDFIT program helped me deeply reflect on my eating habits, creating a pleasant habit of monitoring my cravings and emotional states, which has become the foundation for making better daily choices. Thank you, Harri, you have been an amazing guide! Through the WILDFIT journey, you improve many lives!"
"For me, it has been extremely supportive that, thanks to these meetings, the focus has remained on health, food choices, and exercise. It's especially because these weekly meetings allow me to hear others' experiences and truly reflect on my own weekly choices, something I probably wouldn't take time for on my own. Thank you, Harri, and thank you to all fellow journeyers."
"For me, the most important thing was the support of the group. It feels so good to go on this journey together and share it with like-minded people. I haven't found it easy to open up, but in this group, there is trust that allows me to speak openly about my struggles. Listening to others' experiences is crucial because sometimes you hear your own unspoken thoughts from a group member."
The journey begins January 18. Our first live call is:
